I am very impressed with the comfort play pack.
It really makes the dualshock controler feel far more comfortable to hold.
Included in the pack are two rubber "gel-feel" handles that slip over and stay in place well.
Two analogue stick covers and two triggers that also stay in place even when controller is dropped.
All items are good quality and certainly look as though they will stand the test of time.
The triggers supplied seem far better than the Gioteck Real Triggers (PS3) that you can buy which have a habbit of breaking after a few Months use. (speaking with experience )
If you are happy with the dualshock as it is then you will not need to purchase this item. However if like me, you prefer the Xbox 360 style controller to the dualshock then this is a great addition. It feels a lot larger in your hand and fingers do not slip of triggers easily.
Also it is worth noting if you are not an EA Sports fan and do not wish for a branded product, that the EA logo is simply on a sticker which is very easily removed without much effort at all.
I highly recommend this item and have no qualms in rating it a 5 star product!

First of all, I need to say that I am a hardcore PlayStation fan. Loved it since the first PlayStation and don't intend to stop. The DualShock controller design, is a brilliant design and I am at home when using one. I saw this product on Amazon quite a while ago, claiming to make my gaming experience more comfortable and enjoying. The reviews seemed to back this claim as well. And now, after buying the product, I agree with the claims; it does make your gaming experience more comfortable.
HOWEVER
The main question is; were you uncomfortable with your DualShock in the first place? Let me make something very clear; your DualShock WILL NOT feel anything like a DualShock anymore. Like some other reviews have mentioned, it makes your controller feel more like the Xbox 360 controller. Some people have no problem with this. In fact, many have purchased this product just for that particular reason. But if you already like the way your DualShock feels, this might cause it to feel a little "alien" like. That's not necessarily a negative, but a matter of opinion really.
Now, for the review of the product itself:
The grips give a wholesome feel to the controller; the controller feels bigger, and heavier. There are nice, comfortable grooves or "grips" on the underside, so your fingers are comfy and snug. The grips themselves have a spongy/rubbery feel to them. Though it makes a dust magnet, and it's a lot harder to clean, it does feel comfortable, and who cares if your controller looks a bit dirty, right?
The triggers work pretty good as well. I previously had the Gioteck version of the triggers, which were plastic. These triggers, however, have a rubbery feel to them, preventing your fingers from slipping during those strenuous battles online and offline. I was never going to use the triggers to be honest, because I never liked any other trigger attachments in the past. The only reason I still use these ones is because, using the normal R2 and L2 buttons, without the triggers, with the grips attached, feels a bit awkward in my opinion. But those who are looking for triggers, these are probably the best ones out there.
The analogue grips. Now these were a bit of a let down for me. Unlike some other reviewers, I had no trouble fitting them on the sticks. The real problem was, my thumbs kept on slipping off of them. I know it's kind of ironic; they're supposed to prevent slipping, yet instead they are the cause for the slipping. I'm not sure about the current DualShock 3 controllers in the market now, but the one use now I purchased in 2009. The grip on top of the sticks, WITHOUT the anlogue grips is actually already very good. So when I put the nubs on the stick, I feel that there is less grip than before. But once again, it depends on preference and what kind of DualShock 3 you have, because one of my friends purchased a DualShock 3 recently and I noticed that the analogue sticks were less "grippy" than mine.
Overall built quality is very good. The products don't feel like they'll break anytime soon. Instructions are provided inside the pack if required. My reason to knock of a star is the fact that it just doesn't feel like a DualShock anymore, and that even though I followed the instructions, I am still unable to take off the grips of my controller.
